Your Indian Culinary Trip starts here. What to expect from our pop-up kitchen!
A note from Utsav Home Kitchen:
Hello everyone.. We are from Utsav home kitchen!
As the name suggests the food that you will have is directly from our home kitchen - the flavors and dishes we make are what we have grown up eating and would love to introduce the same to you.
Indian Spices are most sought after commodity for trade even today. Some of spices that you will find in every home are - mustard seeds, cumin, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cardamom, cinnamon and turmeric.. and many many more. The combination in each dish varies so it s a little bit of this and that and seasoned with lots of love...
The food that we will be sharing with you in Limassol Agora are
1) Kathi Roll
Very nutritious and very popular with moms. Its a whole wheat or tortilla wraps filled with fresh veggies like onions, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage and topped with curried Anari (potatoes for vegans) and of course our special sauce that makes the difference. One roll and you are good to go.

2) Sev puri
You can never stop at one bite. So we have six per serving. These are cripsy bites topped with spiced potato, onion and tomato salsa, two sauses (sweet and tangy which makes this dish unique), garnished with sev ( tangy crumble made from all purpose flour)

3) Pani Puri
This in some parts of India is also known as gol gappa. These crispy puffed puris - which have spiced potatoes and mung beans, onion and tomato salsa, sweet sauce and the best part is that it is filled with spiced water( pani means water) to be eaten in one gulp.

4) Cone chaat
Why should a cone always contain ice cream? This one has spiced potato, then a layer of chickpea curry, onion and tomato salsa, sweet sauce garnished with sev. Of course two per serving..now you can guess why.

The spices used in making these popular chaat dishes are known to help the digestive system work better, builds a healthy gut, and appetite. Don't think of them as just starters or appetisers, they do form a healthy meal.
Its a must try if you have not already tried. And if you are already familiar with chaat.. then see you soon.
We are delighted to serve you this Saturday 15/10 at Limassol Agora.
We will be there from 11:00-18:00.
