When a pasta loving Cypriot couple get inspired in a Barcelona Food Market, the end result is “Mint to Be”. A young start-up business, a pasta bar offering freshly made pasta dishes. Fresh penne, casserece and linguine are made from scratch on a daily basis and combined with other wholesome and fresh ingredients to take you on a pasta culinary adventure. The menu is refreshed depending on the season with summer lighter pasta dishes proposed during the summer months. Mint to Be may be the best pasta place in town.
