Trash Talk #1: Waste is all around!

City Friends Club introducing the series of events called TRASH TALKS - meetups about the waste crisis in Cyprus and business opportunities it opens. Experts, analysts, investors and island’s residents will search for solutions together.

At the Trash Talk #1, we will gather to find out where waste is taken to, and why a significant part of it remains on the city streets and in the countryside surrounding us all around. Does recycling fall into the same pile as household waste, what is the "pay as you throw" system, and could "zero waste concept" become one of the solutions? We will discuss these and many other questions to find ways to solve the waste crisis.
