Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the bar

• Organize and supervise personnel shifts

• Train his/her team

• Set the bar’s goals, direction, inspiration

• Ensure that customers are served promptly

• Achieve financial goals in revenue, expenses and profits

• Set objectives and targets for beverage unit/bars

• Delegate duties and tasks to the staff

• Manage and order supplies and beverages

• Follow H&S regulations

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management

 

Qualifications:

• A team player

• An effective communicator with a pleasant and dynamic

personality

• High standard of Customer service

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Able to communicate well in English Language

• Computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel

• Excellent management and organizational skills

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role

• Ability to work under pressure

• Pleasant and friendly personality, reliable and polite
